To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Tiers

Free Tier: Limited to 1 resume optimization. No data persistence.
Paid Tier: Unlimited optimizations. Resume history and data persistence.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or algorithms
Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your purposes.

7. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are one-time payments that grant you access to the specific features of the paid tier. This access is valid for the lifetime of the application (i.e., for as long as the Service remains live and available). Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING OUR SERVICE WILL RESULT IN JOB OFFERS OR INTERVIEWS.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU residents, GDPR provisions apply as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
